Have you ever been Jacked-up? Jacked-up came in, because at times in my life I was getting jacked- up over stupid stuff and I didn’t let it go. People can take offense to the saying, if they don't know what I’m talking about. For me I use it to help me not to let things in my life get to me. I had to learn to let it go.
