We will have a time of prayer for spiritual attacks and deliverance, emotions, fear, anxiety depression and for physical healing. Andrew Wommack wrote a book called God wants you well. God wants us well but do you want to get well? Yes. Do you believe that God can heal you? Yes. Have you ever thought your illness' will never end? Yes. When you got saved you received Jesus Christ in your heart right? Yes. That's the same with being healed you have to believe and received it. You have to tell yourself I want to be healed. Mark 9:23-24 If you can'?" said Jesus. Everything is possible for him who believes. "Immediately the boy's father exclaimed, "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!" I do have faith, but at times I struggle in it so I need to ask God to give me more faith!

Have you had a wow moment in your life recently? Everyone has had them. Every were you go you hear the word wow, it's a expression of you being excited. Wow moments are around us daily. Sometimes we just need to look for them. Is God still doing wow moments in your life? God does wow moments all the time but I don't think God gets the credit He deserves. People constantly say it's a coincidence when obviously it's God. My most recent wow moment is that we just had 3 new grandkids in the last 14 months. Wow! Who would ever have thought we would have 10 grandkids, eight girls and two boys, Wow. I think the girls are in the lead. Ps 127:3-5 Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them
Join us this Sunday @ New Life Hurricane Church 10:30am to find out about: What is a prophet? A person who speaks God's truth to others. Can there be a true prophet or false prophet? YES. Do true or false prophets exist today? YES. Do you know what a true or false prophets look's like? They look like you and me, they don't walk around with a sign on their back saying I'm a prophet. If someone tells you that they are a prophet of God, is that always true? NO. Are we supposed to know when someone is telling us the truth or lying to us? YES. But what if they are a really good liar? Can we always trust a prophet? NO We have to be leery on some of the things that they are saying especially as we are living in the last days. We need to have more discernment. Jer 23:16 This is what the Lord Almighty says: "Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the Lord.  |
